Mission: cut clutter and live more minimally.
Hellooo everyone! So I’ve been crazy busy decluttering our house lately because it just feels so good to purge and live more simply. Don’t you agree?
Based on your reactions on my latest Instagram post, it is clear that I am not alone on this journey! Therefore, I thought it might be helpful to share some of my hacks and must-haves to live more simply, with less stuff cluttering our minds… Literally.
Speaking of decluttering, I recently discovered the most genius invention called Sleek Socket. As the name indicates, it is literally a socket that is sleek. Still unsure what I am referring to? Alright, let me put it like this: you know those loose, tangled, messy cables you have in every room? Behind your TV, under your nightstand… I know you know what I mean.

Pretty neat, huh? Not only are you able to hide these unsightly cords from sight, but you’re also avoiding cord obstructions between furniture and outlets, AND protecting your kiddos. My boys don’t get the urge to play with outlets anymore because every cable is tucked out of sight! Minimalist, practical, and safe… Not sure I could ask for more here. AND they come in a variety of sizes for different kinds of outlets around the home.

I used the adhesives provided in the box to secure the Sleek Socket to the wall and floor. This ensures that there is nothing dangling or in the way.

Personally, I’m a big fan of this brand and think every home should invest in a few boxes for all of those untidy, even dangerous, corners of our homes.
